This position is responsible for providing on-going support to Regional Membership sales teams. | | Specific Responsibilities | - Assist in creation and on-going updates to Membership Welcome Kit
- Work with the Regional Membership Development Managers and associated sales force in support of membership acquisition and renewal activities.
- Maintain member contact details and ensure information in the database is accurate and changes are communicated to the sales teams as required (Principal Contacts, Member Company name changes, etc).
- Provide Weekly financial reporting on membership activations and renewals
- Complete Activation process for membership
- Provide Membership Collections support to sales teams
- Complete process for Membership Mergers and Acquisitions
- Ensure sales related collateral and information is available on Collaboration Workspace
- Periodically check Member Services website pages to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Assist sales teams with outreach related activities as required
- The hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

- Knowledge in information, communications and/or entertainment industry in relation to business and operations related areas
- 2-3 years business related experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in pre-sales/post-sales support role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Skype.
- Strong computer skills and ability to use other in-house support and reporting tools.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and cultures
