The chief role of the Membership & Governance Committee is to seek qualified, balanced representation on the Board of Directors from among the Corporate members. This committee is chaired by the Secretary and administers the election process, including soliciting nominations, collecting applications, interviewing and screening candidates, developing a ballot, and interpreting the results. This committee is also responsible for overseeing membership matters such as admission procedures, membership categories and benefits.
