The free-to-attend Frameworx Workshop offers service providers an in-depth introduction to TM Forum’s Frameworx standard. Featuring sessions on TM Forum Benchmarking, Procurement Guides and Conformance Certification, the workshop offers the very best introduction to these essential programs for TM Forum service provider members.

Please note numbers are limited and this workshop is strictly for communications service providers only. When registering, communications service providers should choose this pass instead of the Tuesday, January 18th, 2010 daily pass.

Cancellation Policy
 
Registration can be cancelled/changed and a full refund made only if fax, e-mail or written notice carries a transmittal time or postmark of no later than 11:59pm (EST) Monday, January 10, 2011. No other form of cancellation notice will be accepted. All cancellations must receive a confirmation from the TM Forum considered valid. All participants who register from 12:00AM (EST) Tuesday, January 11, 2011 forward are responsible for full daily registration payment and no full or partial refunds will be offered.

Charges for cancellation or changes to reservations for accommodation, airfare or other transportation are the responsibility of the attendee.
