Content Encounter is an innovation incubator where Communication Service Providers, Content Providers and their supply chain can experiment with emerging business models and new technologies for the creation, delivery and monetization of digital media services.

Content Encounter looks at how these services impact revenue, operations and the customer experience then recommends best practices and standards for managing these services.

Content Encounter 5 is getting started now, and TM Forum is accepting submissions for service providers and vendors who would like to get involved in this phase of the project.  Visit the Catalyst page to join this exciting initiative. 

Content Encounter 4 took place May 6-8, 2009 at Management World in Nice, France.  Participants created an innovative environment focused on developing win-win business models and solutions to problems that span the value chain including:

  • Personalized Advertising Business Models
  • Service Creation and Delivery
  • Service Profitability
