Eligibility:
The Awards are open to all TM Forum member companies in good standing as defined in the individual award category eligibility descriptions.
All products, services, solutions, initiatives, etc. entered must be supportive of the use of industry standards, including those of the TM Forum.
Awards Deadline and Closing Date:
All categories are now closed except the Best Catalyst Project (opening soon).
Entry Form Submission:
Entries must be submitted on-line via the TM Forum Awards Web Site with credit card payment of the appropriate fee.
Entries will only be accepted when submitted in the English language.
Entry Acknowledgement:
Following electronic confirmation of receipt of the entry form and confirmation of the credit card payment by TM Forum, you will receive a unique EntryID. Instructions on sending supplementary information, if applicable, will be provided via separate email from awards@tmforum.org
Multiple Entries:
You can submit as many different entries to as many categories as you would like. However, each individual entry submitted is liable to a separate entry fee.
Entry Fees:
$250 fee per entry for all award categories, excluding the Best Catalyst Project.
The entry fee for the TM Forum Excellence Awards helps cover the administrative costs associated with collecting, reviewing and evaluating the hundreds of entries received. Entry fees also contribute towards pre and post show marketing. All participating companies will be listed on the tmforum.org award web pages upon completion of their entry form. This will be a combined list of all participating companies and will not be broken out by award category.
On-line payment by credit card is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We are not able to issue invoices. All payments must be made at the time the entry form is completed and by credit card.
Entries will not be processed until full payment has been received.
Payment deadline and closing date:
Complete entries must be received and paid in full by the final deadline date. Entries after the closing date of Wednesday 27 February 2008 will not be accepted.

One entry is defined as a submission proposing a product, service, initiative or company for one Award category. If the same product, service, initiative or company is proposed for two or more Award categories or sub-categories, two or more entry fees are payable as appropriate.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
The final deadline and closing date is Wednesday 27 February 2008.
Additional Supporting Materials:
In cases where supplementary materials or information is required, such as a Q&A period, instructions will be provided to entrants regarding where/how those materials should be submitted.
Please do not send supporting materials for award categories unless specifically stated in the submission requirements for that award category.
Your EntryID should be clearly marked on the supporting materials when sent to support your entry or in relation to queries on entries.
Judging Process:
Entries will be judged on the basis of the information provided to the independent judging panel on the entry form and additional supporting materials where required (see above).
Details of the judging panel meetings will not be disclosed. Information regarding the participating judges will not be released until the evening of the awards ceremony when the winners are announced.
No discussion will be entered into by the TM Forum regarding validation or qualification of entries.
Confidentiality:
Entries will be treated as strictly confidential. Only details of the award winners and selected finalist entries in each category will be published.
A general listing of all participating companies will be made available as entries are completed; however, no details will be given outside the name of the participating company.
Winners:
The decision of the judges is final. No discussion will be entered into regarding the selection process or final decisions.
The short listed candidates will be notified prior to the TM Forum Excellence Awards in time to make arrangements to attend the presentation ceremony.
Presentation of the awards will be made at the TM Forum Excellence Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner on Monday 19 May 2008.
Filmed highlights of the evening will be shown during the MW Nice conference and on the tmforum.org awards website.
The TM Forum Excellence Awards will take place at the Palais de la Mediterranée, Nice, France during the evening of Monday 19 May 2008.
Promotion:
By entering the TM Forum Excellence Awards, companies are expressly authorizing the TM Forum to use the specific text and materials submitted for the purposes of promoting the awards program in TM Forum presentations, reports for publication, web site and media activities as well as all other forms of promotional/publicity materials.
