Jon has over 20 years in operations and engineering management at Time Warner Cable and Comcast Cable, with other roles including IP Services Business Development, Cable General Management, and TV production. Read more

Michael is the Executive Director for Network and Technology at Telstra, a role he commenced in May 2008.  Network and Technology provide the planning, architecture, design and engineering capability for Telstra.  Michael has been actively involved in Telstra’s transformation activities and is now looking at how Telstra can maximise the benefits from the transformation program.  Prior to this Michael was the Executive Director Network Services a role he undertook for five years.  His responsibilities covered the operations and maintenance of Telstra’s networks for mobiles, fixed networks, broadband, satellite, transmission network infrastructure and managed services.   In November 2007 he won the CEO award for Executive of the year.  Read more

His research focus is on service fulfilment, billing and customer care. Larry has over 25 years’ experience in telecom software and network management. Before founding OSS Observer in 2003, he was OSS Program Director at RHK. Prior to joining RHK, he was Director of the Network Solutions Group at Tellabs, managed OSS development at GTE (now Verizon) and spent 12 years at Hewlett-Packard, where he was a manager responsible for HP OpenView development. Larry is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

For nearly two decades, Dr. Eslambolchi led the transformation of AT&T’s network, systems and services. He left AT&T soon after its merger with SBC in late 2005. Juhani Hintikka heads the Operations and Business Software Business Unit at Nokia Siemens Networks. Prior to his current role, Juhani was Head of Network Solutions, with responsibility for common sales functions, system sales support, and indirect and non-carrier sales.

Juhani joined Nokia’s Networks business in 1999 and held positions there that gave him a wide range of experience in sales, services, R&D, and new growth markets. He started his Nokia career as General Manager for the Broadband Wireless Access Business in the IP Mobility Networks. In 2003, he became the Director of Mobile Entry Solutions for New Growth Markets. Juhani’s final role before Nokia Siemens Networks was as the Head of Care Business Line in the Services Business Unit, which he was appointed to in 2004.  Read more
