Keith Willetts is the founder and Chairman of the TM Forum. He is also a board member and advisor to a number of other companies and works with service providers; software companies and consulting firms around the world where he is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading authorities on the business management of digital services and networks. His achievements have been internationally recognized and has been voted in the Top 100 most influential people in the communications industry on multiple occasions; awarded the GTB lifetime achievement award; honored twice in the Communications Week “Top 25” awards for industry visionaries; awarded the British Computer Society’s Gold Medal for innovation and the BT Gold Medal for innovation. He is a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Management and author of influential books “The Lean Communications Provider” and “Unzipping the Digital World”.
Aileen’s current role is Chief Operating Officer for the TM Forum. In this capacity she has responsibility for the overall operation of the organization, including the production of Best Practices and Standards which are widely deployed in industry to drive functionality in and cost out of today’s business and software solutions. Previously Aileen has held a number of other roles within the Forum, including responsibility for Membership, Events and Training. Prior to joining the TM Forum, Aileen held a number of Engineering Management positions in the Telecommunications industry, with companies such as Motorola and Alcatel.
Nik has been working the high-tech market for over 10 years, and is currently Chief Strategy Officer for TM Forum. In this capacity, Nik is responsible for driving the Forum’s success and value-delivery across a broad range of competencies, including digital services. Previously, Nik has held a number of executive positions within the Forum including responsibility for marketing and communications, global events and IT. Prior to joining the TM Forum, Nik ran a successful consulting business working with multi-national companies including BT, WestLB and The Carphone Warehouse.
Apostolos Kallis is currently the Senior Vice President of Supplier Engagement & Sales for the TM Forum with full responsibility for driving the organisation’s growth through membership, conferences, training, exhibitions, webinars and publications. His team is also responsible for account management of the TM Forum’s global membership base. He has worked in the Telecommunications business for over 10 years and was previously Deputy Head of IQPC Exchange in London with P&L responsibility for over 15 conferences a year. As a freelance consultant, he has worked with a number of companies in the telecommunication software space advising on sales strategies and expansion plans across Europe, the Middle East and the US. Apostolos holds a BA International Business from the University of Brighton and an MBA in Telecoms from AUEB.
