TM Forum Business Process Framework (eTOM) Implementer’s Workshop

The adoption of the TM Forum Business Process Framework (eTOM) continues to increase within the telecommunications industry. As a result, there is a need to provide advanced training in how the framework can be extended/modified for use by an organization and in its practical use.

The Business Process Framework (eTOM) Implementer's Workshop provides students with practical guidance for implementing, using and extending the framework. Case studies depict how the framework is being used within organizations and exercises allow students to practice the competencies obtained during the workshop.
