With a region as diverse as Asia, TM Forum Management World Asia’s agenda had case study presentations and debates that were relevant for everyone – whether you are from an established or emerging economy or from a fixed or mobile service provider.

See below for essential topics that were covered: 

Established Markets
All the topics are relevant, including the three Day One Keynotes.

In particular we feel that the following presentations will be of particular interest:
  • Telkom Indonesia’s Transformation using the TM Forum Solution Frameworks (NGOSS) and TM Forum Business Process Framework (eTOM).
  • Saudi Telecom’s Journey to Deploy eTOM to Improve its Business Process Model.
Emerging Markets
The presentations and debates on Process Automation, New Services (IPTV, Video and Mobile TV), Transformation and Revenue Assurance are all relevant for the Emerging Markets.
