TM Forum welcomes Service Providers to this discussion about the use and direction of TM Forum standards, best practices, and guidelines for the improvement and evolution of management systems as a means to drive profitability within service provider businesses. In particular, discussions will revolve around:

  • Evolution of TM Forum Frameworks to drive down costs, accelerate service roll out and improve customer satisfaction

  • How to leverage the robust TM Forum Service Provider community to more effectively drive the vendor and systems integrator community

The Service Provider Collaboration Roundtable includes extensive Q&A periods with TM Forum principals and representatives of Frameworks, Interface Program, and Collaboration Program.
Participants are encouraged to be active: please plan to share your experiences!

Be Prepared:
To stimulate dialogue TM Forum urges participants to submit a ten minute presentation reflecting their organization’s goals, experiences, and challenges relating to TM Forum frameworks, e.g. Information Framework (SID) Application Framework (TAM), Business Process Framework ( eTOM), and interfaces, e.g. MTNM, MTOSI, OSS/J, IPDR, and Identity Management, now part of the TM Forum Interface Program. Though presentations are not mandatory, they are greatly appreciated.

Slides should be sent to roundtable@tmforum.org by April 24, 2009.
