The TM Forum Information Framework (SID) Workshop offers theory and practice on the use of the (SID) framework.
 

The SQM/SLA Overview course explores how taking a “Quality-Centric” approach can enable the Customer and Service Centric approaches to be realized by taking a “whole business” approach to OSS. The course then goes on to explore the best practices associated with Service Level Management. The Business Process Framework (eTOM) is at the heart of NGOSS. It provides the only standardized way within the telecoms industry to capture business processes. The SDF Workshop provides students with practical guidance for implementing, using, and extending the SDF and other teams’ results. The NGN workshop will give a brief introduction to the requirements
