I 've started looking into SID and have realised this is very much a work in progress. For example as I am particularly interested in the assurance/ Trouble Ticketing area I see there is a generic Trouble Ticket ABE but no Customer/Service/Resource trouble modeled ABEs.
So the question is how is someone supposed to deal with this?
Is there a roadmap for completing the modeling, so that one can choose to wait to use the standard as opposed to developing his own model, currently missing from the SID ?
