NGOSS Release 7.0 SID Solution Suite (GB922 & GB926)
The SID content is organized using the SID Model Framework. The SID framework was developed by the application of data affinity concepts to an enterprise’s processes and data, resulting in a set of domains. The framework provides a non-redundant view of the shared information and data. It is envisioned that the use of business entity definitions within the eTOM model will provide a business view of the shared data. Addenda to this document contain definitions of business entities.

In this release, a new Revenue Assurance addendum has been added to the SID addenda suite to complement the Revenue Assurance updates to the eTOM. The SID Product addendum has been updated to include a new Product Catalog ABE as well as additional explanation and examples of Product Characteristics; update to depict two alternatives for relating Product Specifications and Product Offerings; update to depict details of relationship between Bundled Product Offerings and Product Offerings.
