Overview
Members of the TM Forum AI Program from around the globe are collaborating to produce valuable resources that are geared towards addressing industry-level challenges of adopting AI.
Below you will see all the resources published by the program so far, and this AI Toolkit will only grow over time. We have also divided the resources into smaller toolkit categories for your convenience.
Note, these resources, like other TM Forum Toolkits, are accessible only by the members of the Forum. If your company is not a member, please fill the Membership Interest Form and we will get in touch with you.

AI Use Cases & Reference Implementations the uses of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Service Providers environment, and help catalog business and technical user stories, use cases and test cases. AI Closed-Loop Automation & Anomaly Detection & Resolution A reference architecture and related collateral to enable CSP’s to transform network operations by using AI driven closed-loop automation to detect anomalies, determine resolution and implement the required changes to the network within a continuous highly automated framework. | Go to toolkit |
