In 2019, TM Forum set up the Autonomous Networks (AN) Program to support telecom network automation and digital transformation and to enable CSPs to benefit from new revenues, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience. With more partners joining the AN collaboration and an increasing number of leading CSPs adopting AN as a key strategy, AN is now evolving from consensus toward deployment at scale.
