The applicability of Service Level Specifications, Service Level Objectives, and Service Level Specification consequences may vary by day and/or time of day. For example, a Service Level Objective may be represented by one set of metrics during weekdays and by another set during weekends. Thus, we may need to define a set of consequences to associate the proper effect of violating a Service Level Objective. For example, one consequence might be the result of a Service Level Violation during normal working hours, while a second consequence might be used to represent Service Level Violations that occur during non-working hours. This is handled by introducing a Service Level Specification applicability business entity as shown in the figure below.<br/>
