Shown in the following Figure Characteristic Specs and Pricing is one of the promoted “use” association classes and two new price dependency entities.  These two entities enable a single or multiple attributes (assuming a simple “and” association between the attributes) to govern a price.  In the figure the price is represented as ComponentProdOfferPrice, an existing entity in the Product Offering Price ABE.<br/>More comprehensive requirements, such as and’s and or’s, are supported by adding appropriate attributes to the member entity.
