A PolicyStatementSpec is a concrete base class that is used to define the invariant characteristics (attributes, methods, constraints and relationships) of a PolicyStatement entity.<br/>There are no business attributes that are currently defined for the PolicyStatement Spec.  Its primary function is to define the appropriate structure of PolicyStatements for a given application.  This is show in Figure below.<br/>
