Abinash Vishwakarma

Abinash has contributed across many programs at TM Forum, demonstrating strong leadership and consistent and active participation on every program. He recently led the assessment of 5G impacts to the business and is now leading the 5G and IoT interaction assessment to define new business models to operationalize the business. Abinash’s breadth of knowledge of the industry and 5G technology and monetization, as well as his passion, has enabled him to contribute across many projects. His collaborative style is extremely effective in bringing out the best from all team members by providing support and guidance while valuing all inputs and viewpoints.

Kevin McDonnell

• Huawei Technologies

Kevin’s exemplary contribution has covered a number of key projects in the Open Digital Architecture (ODA) program, including leading the coordination of standards with other industry bodies GSMA and ONAP, and participating in the Catalyst project: 5G Riders on the Storm that explores how 5G can help communications service providers support critical services in extreme weather events. Kevin’s contribution to the Catalyst project displayed his extraordinary technical writing skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into lay person’s language. Kevin continually demonstrates great teamwork and always interacts professionally with great respect for other’s opinions.

Knut Johannessen

Knut has been a formidable contributor to the Open API Program through his proactive engagement in API schemification, and has been instrumental in the creation of the API pipeline. Over the last year, Knut’s sustained contribution on the Open API program spec jam weekly calls has also earned the respect of his project colleagues who consider him to be an excellent team player. He always displays a professional and respectful attitude and takes time to explain the basis of his view with objectivity and transparency.

Rob Claxton

Rob has co-led the AI Management Standards workstream and has been the thought leader of this project, having first proposed it with his colleagues from BT. He has not only pushed the work forward but also developed many of the ideas. Rob has worked tirelessly on creating the Service Management Standards for AI information guide and was responsible for putting together the final version. He also created the high-level operational model as well as the use cases with Janki Vora, and together they developed the interface definitions.

Jonathan Goldberg

• Amdocs

Jonathan has made a massive contribution to the Open API Program as a diligent reviewer of the API Design Guidelines 3 work in Release 18.0, one of the most prolific members of the API/Frameworx Information Framework mapping task force and, in Release 18.5, as a key member of the Tiger Team re-casting the Open APIs to use shared schema files and common definitions, initially for the Service orientated APIs. In addition to his great work on the API project, Jonathan is a key contributor to the Information Framework workstream and is a vibrant participant and responder to questions in the API and Frameworx on-line community groups.

Kaj Jonasson

• Applied BSS

Kaj has been an active contributor to many TM Forum projects since 2015. Most recently he has been leading the Frameworx team working on enhancing and rationalizing the Functional Framework which has become a key building block of the Open Digital Architecture (ODA). Kaj has also co-led the team working on the ODA Component Definition and the creation of usable examples in Releases 18 and 18.5. His work is fundamental to moving ODA from a concept to a usable framework.

Yuval Stein

• TEOCO Corporation

Yuval has been a consistent and diligent contributor to the Zero-touch Orchestration, Operations and Management (ZOOM) and Open Digital Architecture (ODA) programs. He has led a number of  Catalyst projects that have validated concepts and principles from various workstreams and has provided valuable feedback to the TM Forum Open API Program and TM Forum Data Model. During Release 18.5, Yuval led the ODA Resource and Service workstream and provided valuable input to its work on 5G network slicing.

Janki Vora

• IBM

Janki has led the TM Forum Open Digital Lab work which is a IBM cloud hosted cross industry collaboration environment.  Her dedication and leadership ensured that this initiative could be available to TM Forum members for their proof of concept development projects.  Janki has co-led the AI Management Standards workstream and has been instrumental in its rapid success. She has contributed heavily to the Service Management Standards for AI information guide, offering use cases as well as contributing significantly to the content. Janki has encouraged discussion outside the team’s calls and has worked to ensure that all deliverables have been met. She played a vital role at Action Week in Dallas by designing and leading a double session, including bringing in IBM’s design-thinking expert. Janki is also pushing Catalyst projects as proofs of concept for the workstream.

Mariano Belaunde

Mariano has consistently helped the teams in the Open API Program capture their designs in what is universally referred to as “Mariano’s tooling”. He has been instrumental in delivering an effective and consistent set of Swagger files to the developer community, especially recent clarifications of the Design Guidelines. Mariano has helped the teams generate consistent and validated Swagger file specifications – more than 80% of the Forum’s APIs are based on his tooling, and the enhanced consistency and improved alignment to the Design Guidelines achieved in TM Forum Release 18 would not have been possible without his tireless support.

Sylvie Demarest

• Orange

Sylvie’s exemplary participation in the OSS/BSS of the Future workshops to develop the requirements helped lay out the initial white paper presented at Action Week in Vancouver. This, in turn, lead to the formation of the new work program. Sylvie has been a co-leader of the Open Digital Architecture since its initial charter. She has been a major contributor to the development of the functional architecture and helped the detailed and diligent mapping of ODA to the Business Process and Information Frameworks.

Daniela Galigniana

• Telefónica

Daniela was a key participant in the OSS/BSS of the Future workshops held in May, July and November 2017 and kindly hosted the Madrid Open Digital Architecture workshop in April 2018. The London workshops developed the requirements that lead to the whitepaper presented at Action Week in Vancouver. She has been an active contributor to the ODA functional architecture providing Business Process and Information Framework mappings and doing valuable detailed reviews of the contributions from other collaborators.

Sousuke Izumida

Sousuke has been a continuous developer of new APIs and more recently of the API Reference Implementations. NTT has been a strong proponent of the APIs for over three years, and Sousuke has been developing new APIs since the beginning of the company’s involvement. He attends all the spec jams and face-to-face meetings and is now helping by taking a leadership role in developing the Reference Implementations.

Emmanuel A. Otchere

Emmanuel is committed to leading the Open Digital Architecture and the Ecosystem Business Architecture to drive innovation and breakthrough capabilities for TM Forum members. He understands and communicates the value the Forum brings and he can lead the discussion at both a strategic and tactical level. Emmanuel developed the EBA/ODA value cycle that depicts how business architecture supports both ODA and EBA. He also developed the drivers for EBA and is relentless in establishing a business common language that business and technical users can agree to over time.

Dimitris Symeonidis

• Vodafone

As Team Leader for ODA Concepts and Principles, Dimitris has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. He has provided a template for insightful and efficient collaboration, delivering the first Open Digital Architecture asset for TM Forum Release 18. His excellent meeting management and interpersonal skills have made this a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Dimitris was also a first-time leader for the Blade Runner Catalyst project, which resulted in the team winning an award for Outstanding Catalyst – Innovation.

Gnanapriya Chidambaranathan

Priya has been a great advocate of the Open API and Catalyst programs for several years. She has ensured support for the Open API Manifesto and continues to ensure alignment of Infosys’s strategy with the manifesto. She has also taken leadership roles in several Catalyst projects, also supporting her team to take leadership roles.  Under her guidance, Infosys has consistently showcased projects at multiple events including the award winning Logical Factory project at TM Forum Live! in Nice 2017. Priya ensures strong representation of Infosys across a number of collaborative areas, such as the work mapping Open APIs to the Information Framework (SID).

Stephen Harrop

Steve has been instrumental in the development and leadership of the API governance system. He has helped to define a mechanism that allows TM Forum to industrialize the API development work and use a proven system for managing complex deliverables. His work in organizing and categorizing the API development requests, assigning owners and creating visualizations has helped the team to clearly understand and prioritize the work needed to progress the objectives of the Open API project.

Helen has been an active contributor to the TM Forum collaboration program for a number of years. In recent years, Helen has taken a leading role in the Open API program leading no less than 5 APIs, namely Change Management, Communication, Recommendation, Service Quality Management and Service Test Management. Helen has also demonstrated her leadership in the development of reference implementations and compliance tool kits demonstrating speed and agility in her development skills.

Ludovic Robert

Ludovic is instrumental in the alignment activities between TM Forum and MEF and now also ONAP. He is heavily involved, both from a TM Forum perspective and from other organisations, and is key to ensuring alignment across the industry. Ludovic has shown great leadership across the industry with strategic relationships and their importance to telecoms in general and TM Forum members specifically.

Vincent Seet

Vincent, as a first time Catalyst Project team lead, proved to be an innovative driver of the One-touch service creation for zero-touch orchestration project as well as the Unified Digital Infrastructure project and the award-winning OAsIS Catalyst in 2017. He is planning to repeat this success with a new blockchain Catalyst project for Nice. He has been also been a valuable supporter and ambassador of TM Forum leading to strengthened relationships with leading organisations across the APAC region in particular, thereby extending the reach of the Forum and all it stands for.

Steve Fratini

Steve has co-led the ZOOM Hybrid Infrastructure Platform (or HIP) workstream, the ZOOM cross-stream and joint ZOOM/API activities. Steve has demonstrated exemplary management of the team with an exceptional capacity to create deliverables for many releases. Steve’s work ethic, enthusiasm and technical talents have ensured delivery of many TM Forum assets and his work on connectivity patterns and advanced platforms has been particularly well received. It is a great testament to Steve’s long-standing dedication to TM Forum collaboration that he has already received this award multiple times in the past and hopefully will do again!

Milind Bhagwat

Milind has led project work with great success including Catalyst teams and joint work between the Open APIs and ZOOM projects. For Catalysts, he has helped to successfully deliver the “Real Virtuality” and “5G Service Operations” projects that were recently demonstrated at TM Forum Live! in Nice. For cross-project work with the ZOOM and Open API projects, he has been key in developing the Resource Function API. Milind has also been instrumental in the successful delivery and proving of TM Forum Open APIs when applied in an NFV context.

Takayuki Nakamura

Taka has been a great advocate of the Open API program and specifically supporting the NTT Group signing of the Open API manifesto. Taka has led NTT’s commitment to the Open API program over many releases leading the development of a series of APIs including Resource pool management and Service problem management. Taka has also been a key contributor to the “Connected Citizen” and “5G Service Operations” Catalyst projects.

Johan Vandenberghe

Johan has consistently shown dedication, leadership and direction for a highly respected technical team, collaborating to publish the DPRA (Digital Platform Reference Architecture) and to reissue an aligned DSRA (Digital Services Reference Architecture). These only exist today as a result of Johan’s leadership, perseverance and many hours of individual and collaborative work. Johan has received this award several times before; he must be building up quite a collection of these awards over the years.

Christine Anderson

Chris is being awarded for her work on the Digital Maturity Model (also known as the DMM). She ensured that there was always hands on, detailed project management support from her colleagues in addition to strategy and advice regarding the DMM project’s approach throughout Phases 1 and 2 of the product development. Chris personally led the Lisbon Action Week workshop on that topic and has been a valuable attendee and spokesperson for Deloitte, offering her support and direction, often to tight timescales and in multi-stakeholder situations for all aspects of DMM delivery.

Tim Morgan

Tim has led multiple project teams with great success, especially his major contribution to Customer Centricity, having effectively led the Omni-channel track for Release 17, keeping up momentum and helping gel the team together. He was also a key contributor to the Catalyst project, APPEX Omnichannel, winning Best Use of TM Forum assets at TM Forum Live! Asia in 2016 and winning Outstanding Performance in the Catalyst Program at TM Forum Live! Nice this year.

Michael Mulquin

Michael is a prolific contributor to many smart city initiatives around the world; we trust he will be linked to TM Forum’s Smart City work for years to come. He has been leading the work on Smart City Maturity Models and has been instrumental in developing the City as a Platform work stream, linking business capabilities to technical capabilities and APIs. Michael has been a great supporter of our TM Forum Live! event as well as being part of Smart City InFocus event in Yinchuan, China two years in a row.

Clara is recognized for her strong leadership and ownership across the Forum’s Open API program. She led her team in releasing TM Forum’s first Loyalty Management API, which ensures that the industry can focus on the design of their loyalty management programs rather than the day-to-day implementations.

Randy Frantz

Randy is recognized for his leadership and participation in multiple Catalyst projects, including the award winning Smart Life: My Home, My City, My Planet project. Randy has co-led the Internet of Everything (IoE) Innovation work stream within the Open Digital Program, providing innovative ideas as well as pragmatic business guidance. Randy has also led the inclusion of location analytics and GIS technology in the program, which are critical to the success of the Internet of Everything.

George Glass

George is an outstanding contributor who delivers impact and value consistently throughout his engagement on the topics of platforms and Open APIs, as well as in TM Forum’s Collaboration Sub-Committee. George is a true advocate of the Forum who genuinely recognizes the value of industry collaboration, and he’s a frequent contributor to industry thought leadership via the Forum’s Inform channel. George is also a leader among his peers in engaging other members in the collaboration process.

Robert Bratulic

Robert is recognized as a long-standing leader of the Metrics project. He has over a decade of association, knowledge and leadership of the entire Metrics effort, including his work on the Business Metrics poster. As a premier ambassador of TM Forum’s Metrics, Robert led the effort to align several standards organizations for whom TM Forum has become the default metrics repository. His clear communications and direction continue to lead the team to achieving a larger, cleaner and more mature Metrics Database.

Abinash Vishwakarma

Abinash is an active and valuable participant in a number of Frameworx and ZOOM project activities. His input and expertise have driven the work in a range of work streams, including Information Framework (SID), Business Process Framework (eTOM), and NFV/SDN impacts on the Application Framework (TAM). Abinash is also active in the Customer Experience Management and Data Analytics projects, amongst others.

Veronique Mauneau

Veronique has been instrumental in the development of a number of APIs including product ordering, product catalog and onboarding. As one of the founding members of the Forum’s Open APIs program, she was one of the creators of the API Data Model and has been one of the most influential architects in articulating the relationships between the Information Framework (SID), the API data model and the APIs themselves.

Jörg Niemöller

Jörg has led a strong effort in the Customer Experience Management (CEM) project to update and redefine the context and scope of key customer objects, including SmartX objects which consume services and contribute to a customer’s experience. Jörg has led the redefinition of the Experience Lifecycle Model, enriching it with the need for analytics to gain knowledge and insights into customers. He has also been instrumental in putting the customer at the center of all processes and actions in a CEM journey rather than taking an organization-centric view.

Washington Tavares

Washington has grown the Smart City project work from concept to implementation over the past 18 months and has been the lead innovator in applying Frameworx and Open Digital assets to the Smart City sector. He has evangelized the Smart City work and has given extremely insightful presentations at a number of Smart City events.

Jean-Luc Tymen

Jean-Luc is recognized for his active role as co-lead in the B2B2X workstream of the TM Forum’s Open Digital project. In particular, his commitment and expertise were invaluable in designing and implementing the vital Business Scenario and Partnership work that has created a standard way to express the business, technology, and market challenges that the Open Digital projects are addressing. These scenarios will become the basis for the Roadmap of Challenges library that will be used to enable our members to more effectively address the Internet of Everything (IoE) market and beyond. This is Jean-Luc’s second Outstanding Contributor recognition as a result of his continued hard work and dedication to the Forum.

Kevin is recognized for his key role as co-lead in the B2B2X workstream of the TM Forum’s Open Digital project. Fabien Venries

Fabien has been the driver and leader of TM Forum’s Privacy project for the last 18 months. His leadership and enthusiasm have driven the creation of a number of significant deliverables from the project. He has worked closely with and contributed to Frameworx, APIs and a number of IoT catalysts, resulting in the first successful demonstration of the Privacy Dashboard at the TM Forum Catalyst InFocus event in Dallas in December 2015.

Kaj has been instrumental in forwarding the Application Framework Functional Model to its current state, serving both as its editor and a primary contributor responsible for a significant percentage of its content. Kaj has been active in all three frameworks, while also attending events and participating on calls.

Jean-Marie Calmel

An active participant in the ZOOM (Zero-touch Orchestration, Operations and Management) program, Jean-Marie made his mark in Frameworx 14.5 by proposing a pragmatic solution to integrate the Information Framework with the needs of the ETSI NFV MANO work. In Frameworx 15, Jean-Marie transformed this work into a fully integrated extension to support NFV, resulting in a critical and unique TM Forum asset for end-to-end NFV management.

Johan Vandenberghe

The new generation of the DSRA (Digital Services Reference Architecture) and related documents would not exist today without Johan’s leadership, perseverance and many hours of team and individual work. Johan received an outstanding contributor award in 2011 and has consistently worked beyond the call of duty for as a team lead ever since.

Greg Tilton

Greg has been extremely active in B2B2X and Catalog Management collaboration teams. He has participated in Action Weeks, has been a frequent speaker at TM Forum conferences and an active participant in multiple Catalyst projects. Greg drives to ensure not just proactive development of collaborative work but also acts as an ambassador to help widespread adoption of Forum assets.

Jonathan Hopkinson

Jonathan has created the Customer Experience Management Metrics guidebook. There have been multiple releases of the guide, which now has up to 525 metrics spread across the CEM lifecycle. Jonathan has also committed to continuing to lead this project and will be adding a new set of wireline-focused metrics in Frameworx 15.

Jenny Huang

Jenny has been an outstanding contributor and project co-leader over the last year, focused on getting the ZOOM project up and running, and linked into AT&T’s Domain 2.0 and User defined Network cloud programs.
She has been a major personal contributor to and reviewer of:

• SLA Management for NFV
• NFV Readiness Guides
• And has provided in-depth guidance on the critical NFV implementation issues and their priorities from a SP perspective.

But much more importantly than simply getting the TM FORUM project running, Jenny has worked tirelessly to get the sustained deep engagement of her AT&T colleagues in the Forum’s program, and ZOOM in particular.

Jean-Luc Tymen

Jean-Luc has made outstanding contributions that span the B2B2X, API, and Digital Frameworx projects. His efforts are reflected in TR241 and in the initial example and suggested procedure for Digital Frameworx. He has gone beyond the call of duty in participating in workshops and specification sessions as well as providing thought leadership across projects.

Kevin McCaffrey

• TR3DENT

Kevin evolved the 3D Frameworx viewer into a proof-of concept eProcurement tool to facilitate business process-driven procurement. He participated in a TM Forum member-driven team that established the requirements and end user experience and took full responsibility for the development of the resulting prototype. This linked Frameworx based RFP requirements to ‘real-world’ detailed Certification results as awarded by TM Forum for Frameworx Certified Products & Solutions from a broad range of suppliers. Kevin demonstrated the prototype on behalf of TM Forum at many TM Forum events and workshops including MW Live! Nice in June 2014, webinar with TM Forum members in July 2014 and at Digital Disruption in San Jose 2014.

Geoff Ibbett

• Revenue Risk Management Solutions

Geoff has been a main force behind the new Revenue Assurance Maturity Model, which was developed over the prior 18 months and delivered as part of Frameworx 14. The new model was created through compilation of over 700 questions and is a significant evolution and contribution to TM Forum’s Revenue Assurance Best Practices. In addition, Geoff was an active contributor to the Catalyst project last fall at TM Forum’s Digital Disruption 2013 where the maturity model was tested. This is his second Outstanding Contributor recognition as a result of his continued hard work and dedication to the Forum.

Cécile Ludwichowski

Cécile has been a significant contributor to TM Forum’s metric model iteration. She took the initiative of taking on the task of comparing the Information Framework model to other industry models, worked with another member on aligning the model with scenarios developed by that member and simplified the presentation of key concepts in the model. In addition, she was the primary contributor to the Loyalty Program work added in Frameworx 14 and volunteered to participate in the development of the test model. Her leadership was evident as she took on the role of primary metric guidebook editor and support role for model development.

Elaine Haher

Elaine has been providing significant contributions to the Open Digital Program in terms of API development work and to the digital health Catalysts including the Digital Health: Curing the Complexity Catalyst project at TM Forum Live 2014. She also has been leading the Catalog Management team for past few years, and together with Cisco works on aligning efforts with the Information and Integration Frameworks and Open Digital direction overall, implementing new RESTful API technology and documenting it for wider audience.

Tayeb Ben Meriem

Tayeb has been a sustained contributor to promoting TM Forum results – particularly TM Forum interfaces and architecture – in numerous liaison activities, including Next Generation Mobile Network Alliance, Multi-SDO, 3rd Generation Partnership Project and European Telecommunications Standards Institute Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) liaison activities, sometimes in the face of heated debates. More recently at Team Action Week, Tayeb has been an active contributor to the Forum’s Zero Touch Orchestration, Operations and Management NFV work, and he proactively supports the Forum at the IEEE Global Communications Conference.

Stephen Fratini

Steve has been an active member of the TM Forum since 1996. He initiated the industry standard known as MTOSI in 2003, and he has led the TM Forum Integration Program from its inception in 2008. The Integration Program work covers TM Forum interfaces for business and operational support system (BSS/OSS) integration and is based on the Information Framework.Steve has made many contributions to MTOSI and almost every Integration Framework team. He is co-editor of the Service Problem Management Business Agreement, contributor to the initial Resource Alarm Management and Performance Management Business Agreements, the main author of the Resource Provisioning Business Agreement, contributor to the Ordering Business Agreement, and contributor to the Inventory Technical Reports.
Within Ericsson, Steve plays a key role concerning innovation for SDN and NFV management.

Wei Dong

Wei Dong of Big Data Works, a U.S.-based big data analytics strategy and technical consulting firm, has been co-leading the Big Data Analytics Solution Suite work since 2012. In this role, he co-authored the Big Data Analytics Guidebook, defining big data analytics use cases and reference models. He also delivered major content to the Big Data Analytics Workshop at TM Forum’s Big Data InFocus event in January, and is a major contributor to a Big Data Analytics Catalyst project that will debut at TM Forum Live!, June 2-5, in Nice, France. Prior to co-leading Big Data Analytics team, Wei was the lead in work on customer experience management metrics.

Jerome Hannebelle

Hannebelle led the contribution of the Overview of Orange SOA program, representing 640 hours of work which has been used by the Forum’s Business Service and Frameworx Architecture teams. He also contributed “Printer Service Anatomy, an Example,” aimed at clarifying business service concepts and representing 400 hours of work. He has been working in the digital services API area and participated in the development of the service level agreement management and trouble ticket APIs, providing both small and medium enterprise and technical expertise.

For Frameworx 13 Nigel implemented the Umbrella Model changes in the Information Framework. In addition, Nigel has been championing TM Forum and the Umbrella Model approach with Open Networking Foundation (ONF) and developing a converged approach to addressing SDN.
