At DTW23 – Ignite, Accelerate and Collaboration events, TM Forum provides a platform for industry change-makers to share groundbreaking innovation, market developments, product launches and business transformation journeys. We are the only industry body to count the world’s top 10 CSPs and all the key hyperscalers as active, strategic members. TM Forum and its members are on a mission to reinvent the telco industry as a vibrant part of the digital landscape – and a driving force in shaping its future.
Strategic Operating Plan
TM Forum’s rolling Strategic Operating Plan is reviewed annually by the Board of Trustees and is a statement of strategic direction for the organization and the principle objectives that the Board wishes to see accomplished over the course of the next two years. The 2023 strategic agenda was delivered to our members via our Annual Meeting of Members in June.
Annual Meeting of Members
The Annual Meeting of Members (AMOM) is a great opportunity for our members to understand the collective achievements in the Forum over the last year and hear more about the current Strategic Operating Plan. Members participate in making important decisions, including approving the appointment of Trustees to TM Forum’s Board. Watch the recording and Learn more here.

Neutrality
TM Forum strongly condemns any acts of violence and aggression. However, as a neutral, global not-for-profit, industry association, we cannot, and do not, comment or align with any position in a geo-political conflict. As a US-incorporated organisation, we work hard to ensure compliance with U.S. laws and all applicable laws in the countries where we do business. TM Forum exists to enable open collaboration and co-innovation across the global telecoms and tech industry. Time and again, our industry has demonstrated the socio-economic value of global agreement on common standards, without borders or prejudice. Any unilateral decision to apply further penalties on our members beyond Government-mandated sanctions sets a precedent that undermines our neutrality.
