Open AI Business Assurance Marketplace
In the digital ecosystem, business assurance (BA), revenue assurance and fraud management adopts AI and ML to support the business and ensure flawless customer and partner experience. This Catalyst demonstrates how the core business assurance processes can transform into a digital service, offering an open APIs marketplace and business flexibilities to Digital Service Providers.
- BT, Deutsche Telkom, and Orange are Championing this Catalyst, together with Amdocs, GeoSpock and WeDo Technologies who are developing the solution. The core innovation of this Catalyst project is the Business Assurance Marketplace. For the first time, DSPs can choose their business assurance services and vendors in a digital ecosystem marketplace. As shown through demonstration, a dashboard will enable service providers to choose different BA controls with a vendor, or choose to do the same BA control with different vendors.
In this BA Marketplace, best of breed Business Assurance controls can be tuned based on the specific service, allowing cost savings on BA controls and the ability to choose the most effective control for the service. Elimination of fraud incidences can be realized with flexibility of operations. Both business operations and monetary savings can be realized. The overall quality of service is provided through better Business Assurance controls. Definition and demonstration of a new Customer Risk Score API, identification of where a risk score can be defined at a customer level and existing Credit Risk scores were limited to assessing risk at an event level.
