Q. How do I reset my password?
To reset your password please go to the password reset page and input your email address and submit. If you do not receive your password reset email contact [email protected] or see details below on how to ensure you are receiving CurateFx emails.
Q. I have not received the activation email.
If you did not receive the activation email please contact [email protected] or see details below on how to ensure you are receiving CurateFx emails.
Q. Why am I not receiving CurateFx emails (i.e. activation emails, password reset, etc)?
If you are not receiving CurateFx emails please review the following:
- Check Spam or Junk Email folders: The emails from CurateFx may be going into Spam or Junk Email folders, please check these folders for the emails.
- Update your mail client safe sender or whitelist: Please ensure you can receive emails from [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] by adding these email addresses to your mail client safe sender list or whitelist.
- Contact your corporate email administrator: Your corporate email server may be blocking the emails. Please contact your email administrator and ask them to whitelist [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]
If you are still unable to receive emails after taking these steps or need emails resent please contact [email protected]
Q. Is there a CurateFx community where I can chat with other users?
CurateFx users are automatically added to our community where they will be able to provide feedback, shape new products releases & talk about their experiences using the tool. Join the discussion here!

Q. Why can’t I login?
There are several reasons you may be unable to login:
- You do not have a CurateFx account: You would need to register for an individual account or be sent an invite by an Enterprise account admin. Click here to register for an account.
Please note that this is not the same as a tmforum.org account.
- CurateFx Account is not activated: Before you login for the first time you need to activate your CurateFx account and set a password for your account. You would have been sent an activation email after registering yourself for an individual account or you were sent an invite by an Enterprise admin. If you did not receive this email please contact [email protected] or see details below on how to ensure you are receiving CurateFx emails.
- Email address or password is incorrect: You would need to use the email address that was registered and the password you specified when activating your account to login. To reset your password please go to the password reset page. If you do not receive your password reset email contact [email protected] or see details below on how to ensure you are receiving CurateFx emails.
Please note that your CurateFx account is not the same as your tmforum.org account, you may have a different email address and/or password for CurateFx.

Q. How do I assign user licenses to my team?
To add a new User to a Company, click the invite user button. Enter their email, name, phone, role & groups you wish them to be able to join, and then an email will be automatically sent to the new user.
