Many telcos have proven that AI works in pilots. Far fewer have successfully scaled AI into live IT and operational environments without introducing new fragility, complexity or customer risk. This roundtable explores what actually breaks when teams move from experimentation to AI native operations. We’ll focus on AI in IT and operations - including agentic systems - and examine the technical, operational and organisational constraints that emerge at scale. Participants will share real experiences of scaling AI across composable architectures, autonomous workflows and service operations: from governance and observability, to integration, control and customer impact. The session will cut through success stories to surface the hard trade offs leaders must navigate on the path to AI native operations.
