Inspired by Nordic Hygge, we invite you to join us for an immersive experience reimagining enterprise modernization: simple, trusted, and seamless. In an intimate setting, you will experience Hygge first hand while exploring how its principles translate into lean, agentic modernization flows delivered by Amdocs and AWS.
This session explores the shift from GenAI copilots to agentic, autonomous workflows in telecom through a modern, Hygge-inspired approach to trusted modernization. Combining AWS capabilities, including AWS Transform and AgentCore, with Amdocs Agentic Services as the system of action, the session demonstrates how agentic workflows are executed across cloud, digital experience, and data domains to enable coordinated, large-scale transformations.
Through practical customer scenarios and live demos, the session will demonstrate how AI-driven modernization can reduce operational complexity, improve governance and predictability, and deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and operational efficiency at scale.
