AI4RAN in Practice: Wireless Complaint Agent for Agentic RAN Operations
How can telecom operators introduce agentic AI into real RAN operations in a safe, traceable, and measurable way? As a workstream direction under the TM Forum AI4X project, AI4RAN focuses on practical implementation patterns for RAN operations, covering agent-based workflows, tool orchestration, knowledge reasoning, partner capability integration, governance, and closed-loop evaluation.
This session introduces the AI4RAN workstream direction and presents the Liaoning Wireless Complaint Agent as a production case study. It shows how LLMs, tool orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, partner capabilities, and multimodal evaluation can help transform wireless complaint handling from a reactive manual process toward a user-perception-driven RAN operations closed loop. The session will also briefly discuss how lessons from production cases may inform future reusable AI4RAN implementation assets and ecosystem collaboration.

From Blueprint to Autonomy: Come Build A Real Multi-Modal Agentic Systems utlising the TM Forum ODA
This session demonstrates how telecoms can move beyond “AI pilots” by operationalising agentic systems using Pega’s Blueprint driven design and rapid “vibe coding” techniques.
Starting from business intent, Blueprint enables teams to model outcomes, journeys, and decision logic, which are then rapidly transformed into executable services through Pega’s agentic environment.
We will show how multi-modal agents (voice and digital) trigger orchestrated cases that coordinate across network, IT, and partner domains via the TM Forum AI-native ODA Canvas. Using the approach and techniques that allowed for rapid collaboration with the TM Forum projects.
Participants will explore and build using the practical techniques to:
Rapidly prototype agent workflows using Blueprint
Translate intent into governed execution (cases, SLAs, decisions)
Orchestrate multi-agent collaboration across ecosystem partners
The outcome is a scalable pattern for delivering autonomous operations and process without increasing operational complexity, driving up token economics or headcount.
