Reflecting on the past two decades, my leadership experience has spanned IT, retail sales, and Customer Experience fields within the telecommunications industry. These years have provided invaluable lessons and have shaped my passion for driving innovation. My focus has consistently been on ensuring that we are always ahead of the digital transformation and providing our customers with best-in-class experiences.
My mission is straightforward: to enable seamless digital processes and boost operational efficiency across the entire Mobicom Group. By setting clear, long-term technology directions that are tightly aligned with our business goals, I am dedicated to fostering a culture that values innovation, agility, and superior customer experience while building a technology operation that is both scalable and reliable for the company’s sustainable growth.
