Emilio Varas is an international executive with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale digital and operational transformations in the telecommunications sector, leading AI-driven initiatives and process optimization programs across multiple European markets, building strategic partnerships, developing global multi-market blueprints, and leading high-performing teams through complex change. Recognized for combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation.

Currently, he serves as the Customer Fulfilment Head of AI Transformation at Vodafone Group, leading digital transformation and AI implementation programs across European markets, focused on process digitalisation and operational efficiency. Emilio's previous roles include leading Customer Fulfilment teams at Vodafone Spain, delivering significant improvements in operations efficiency, service KPIs and customer experience. He holds an Executive MBA from EAE Business School and a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
