May-Ann Lim
Executive Director

May-Ann is the Executive Director of the Asia Cloud Computing Association (ACCA), and also concurrently the Managing Director of TRPC, a boutique tech/telco research consulting firm.
Based out of Singapore, she has over a decade of experience in development, tech policy and communications across the Asia Pacific, working with organisations on thought leadership, government relations and stakeholder outreach efforts.
Her career has spanned a number of regional and global institutions, including the World Bank, the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA), World Vision, and the Singapore Internet Project. She has also worked with and advised a wide variety of trade associations and civil society groups, and besides the ACCA, has worked with the Asia Internet Coalition (AIC), the Internet Society (ISOC), the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). She has participated and spoken at many international fora, including most recently at the Symposium for the Internet Economy at APEC 2015.
May-Ann also lectures on Internet and ICT Policy at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Henri Setiawan Wyatno

Henri Setiawan Wyatno is working with TELIN, a length arm of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia that responsible for International business expansion.
He is responsible as VP Innovation Management for TELIN. He is in charge for developing new business for TELIN including managing existing product portfolio. His new products are Indonesia CDN Solution, Media Content Hub (MaCH Link, MaCH Live and MaCH On Demand), IPX services etc. Under his department is handling voice solution, data services, solution management, retail services and performance management. Formerly he was a Business Development manager that responsible for develop masterplan for TELIN Group and within 3 months he was put in charge as VP Innovation Management for Telin Group.
Before he join TELIN, he was a researcher in R&D PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) that has responsible for new business research related to telecommunication services that are portfolio of Telkom called TIMES (Telecommunication, Information, Media, Edutainment and Services). He was very active in developing new business for TELKOM related to voice service, data service and video service including some researches on OTT business development. Responsible to develop technical specification for new technology that will used in TELKOM, his former responsibility for 10 years as Senior Engineer Wireline Access Network has result some documents guideline technical specification that he has written such as xDSL, HFC, FTTx, Metro Ethernet and WiFi Offload. After that for 4 years, he was appointed as Researcher for Business that responsible to evaluate and give recommendation for TELKOM product portfolio that come up with several recommendation from his assessment especially in term of business model TIMES either for existing product or new product developments.
Antonius Ardian Bermana

Mr. Antonius Ardian Bermana is responsible for Developing Indosat Strategic Business Plan and Long Term Plan, evaluate SBU performance including external and internal factors, Managing Company Subsidiaries, developing strategic recommendation on subsidiaries, executing corporate actions on subsidiaries, develop strategic partnership and Team Leader of Project Satellite.
Currently he serves also as Chairman, Board of Commissioner PT StarOne Mitra Telekomunikasi.
Mr. Bermana holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology.
Andy Lee

Andy HyunJoo Lee has over 16 years’ experience in Telecom industry, of that 4 years as Cloud Business Director in KT(Korea Telecom).
Currently, he is responsible for conducting global ICT business & strategy such as IDC, Cloud, ITS, Energy, Smart City, Security, Heath Care, Media & Communication.
Prior to his current role, Andy was Director of Cloud Business Team. He led product management teams and created & developed cloud business model such as server, storage, DB, CDN, VDI. He also optimized the Commercial & Internal Cloud system of KT’s Cloud business for operational excellence & cost saving.
Andy holds a B. A. in Economics from The University of Iowa, Iowa City, USA and a MBA from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain.
Rex Hui

Rex is responsible for new services development including Unified Communication, Data, Wi-Fi and Cloud Services. He is a 20-year business development veteran and solution consultant in the telecommunications industry.
Rex holds a MBA Degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, MPhil Degree from Polytechnic University and B. Eng Degree in Computer Engineering from City University in Hong Kong.
Eugene Yeo

Shahar Steiff

Shahar has joined PCCW Global in 2001 and has served in various sales, pre-sales product development and management roles.
In his current assignment Shahar explores the applicability of new technologies to PCCW Global’s current and future product portfolio. Shahar represents PCCW Global in numerous Standard bodies such as MEF, ONF, OVCC and others with focus on inter-carrier operation standardization.
Shahar has been involved in the international telecoms arena for over 20 years and has seen the progress from traditional SDH platforms, ATM, Frame-Relay and MPLS through VPLS, Ethernet and Optical technologies through to today’s SDN and NFV .
Prior to his current role in PCCW Global Shahar has worked for Teleglobe Inc. and for NetVision, an Israeli ISP.
Shahar is also a board member of MEF and a Co-Chair of the MEF Service Operations Committee, a Deputy chair of the ONF Services-Area and an External Advisory Board member at ETSI T-Nova.
Dr. Suresh Ramasami

Dr. Suresh Ramasamy is an established regional guru in Information Technology Management and Strategy. He has in-depth experience in IP/MPLS Packet Core networks for ISP & mobile telco, including areas of Information Security, IT/IS development, architecture, future planning and operational management. Suresh also works on architecting and building next generation networks (4G/LTE).
Dr. Ramasami has all-round knowledge in mobile technologies including Circuit Core and mobile network technologies including IN platforms, billing technologies (KenanFX/BSCS), Mediation, MSC/BSC, Media Gateway, VOIP and telecommunications organization structure and management.

As Head of Digital Strategy and Global Consulting he is responsible for marketing and sales KPIs of $3.5 Billion USD business unit focused on developing digital services technologies, applications, business platforms and next generation business support systems.
Bringing best practices and strategies in support of the delivery of numerous transformation projects around the world, Lee is focused on helping CSPs transform their business and infrastructure to a digital target operating model through connectivity and cloud solutions, mobile money solutions, big data analytics, real-time marketing, ecosystem management, business process optimization, systems integration, architecture modernization and program management- in both emerging and developed markets. Lee is also is responsible for software group marketing, including Huawei’s business strategy, consulting, field readiness and engagement. He is an appointed member of the Telemanagement Forum’s Executive Committee since 2013.
Prior to his current role, Lee most recently led global consulting organization for Huawei BSS product line, based in HQ Shenzhen China. He has over 20+ years of marketing, sales, business development, product management and cross-cultural leadership in the telecoms and IT industry with a Masters degree in Business Administration from Peking University.

Sandra De Zoysa is a pioneer Customer Service Practitioner with 25 years of experience in the Mobile Industry.
She is the Group Chief Customer Officer and Chairperson of the Customer Experience Excellence Group Leadership Committee of Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier Telco which is a subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad, Malaysia.
The Service Delivery function of Dialog spans across the country with a Retail foot print of 150 stores employing over 900 Service Professionals and a 24×7 Contact Centre which employees over 750 Associates which makes Dialog one of the largest service teams in the country. Under her leadership Dialog has won many national and International awards & accolades, making the company the undisputed leader in service excellence.
In 2011, Sandra was honored with the Industry Champion Award for Sri Lanka at the Contact Center World Top Ranking Performers Conference & Awards Ceremony. In December 2013 she was ranked 7th among the Echelon Top 50 most Powerful Women in Business in the country. She is an avid Conference Speaker within the Global Customer Experience Industry, is a visiting Lecturer at the University Of Colombo School Of Computing on Customer Experience and CRM. He also has 12 years of experience as a business-oriented CIO and as a member of executive boards in large multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications and finance industries. Among his numerous career accomplishments, Peter was named the CIO/IT Executive of the Year by Computerwoche, an IDG publication. Peter also founded, successfully ran and then sold itcps Management Consulting AG, a provider of business and technology consultancy services for all industries. He is based in Switzerland, speaks several languages fluently, has conducted business globally in developed and emerging markets and also lived in a few different countries. Additionally, Peter is a seasoned non-executive director on various boards.
