He has created several McKinsey proprietary capabilities in AI, focusing on frontline efficiency and effectiveness. Jorge is also one of our leaders in our Service Operations practice, where he supports clients in their journeys to improve customer experience and operational capabilities. Jorge is based in Miami, but serves operators around the world.
