Michael Eastman is the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Solution Engineering at commercetools. With over 20 years of experience in the commerce industry, Michael has been at the forefront of numerous large-scale digital transformations. A number of those digital transformations are telecommunications companies that are a part of TM Forum. In his current role, Michael leads a team of highly skilled individuals who work with organizations interested in digital transformations focused on their transactional commerce business. This team will advise on the approach and strategy for these transformations.
