The founding partners of the Innovation Hub are icons in the industry - Accenture, DT, Google, Jio, Orange, Telenor & Vodafone. They are bringing their expertise to the projects and adding resources for designing ways of working, pledging physical space, legal expertise, and professional services.

ODA Accelerator
Accelerating the creation of modular, componentized, cloud-native software to replace traditional BSS and OSS in line with the ODA principles and policies by creating the Reference Implementation(s) of the ODA Canvas, and associated services, on which ODA Components will run.
GenAI/LLM - TM Forum AIVA
Developing TM Forum AIVA: a GenAI/LLM conversational search-solution capability simplifying and improving how members and visitors find relevant material digitally, with the creation of an architecture blueprint that outlines how GenAI technology can be seamlessly integrated into the Telco landscape (addressing challenges related to security, privacy, accuracy, performance, and scalability).
New services
Developing services, tools, capabilities and a framework to manage fraudulent connectivity in a standardized way and exploring the possibility of creating a Routing Verification Service, in order to build real trust between service providers and their customers.

What does the Governance of the Innovation Hub program look like?
A Steering Committee of the TM Forum Board of Trustees will provide support, guidance, and direction for the Hub program during its pilot phase. The projects will be overseen by the TM Forum CTO office, which oversees all collaborative work in the Forum.
What is TM Forum’s direct involvement in the program?
A new TM Forum Innovation Hub team will facilitate Hub projects as part of TM Forum’s CTO office. This team will provide management, support, and technical guidance to Hub projects.
Innovation Hub projects will provide a new way of collaborating to a deeper level. They can be thought of as an extension of the collaboration capabilities of TM Forum and will draw from the Forum’s extensive experience in remote and in-person industry collaboration.
Which companies are involved and what role will they play?
The founding Members involved in the pilot phase of the program are; Accenture, Deutsche Telekom, Google, Jio, Orange, Telenor and Vodafone.
These companies are pioneers from our Board who are committed to supporting the Innovation Hub Project through the pilot phase. This support takes the form of contributed expertise and resources to launch the program, as well as professionals dedicated full-time to deliver business impact at the speed our industry’s transformation requires.

The Innovation Hub will deliver breakthrough thinking and rapid business impact. Outputs will include hands-on implementation guidance, working code, and important feedback to improve industry standards. All Hub projects aim to positively impact the entire industry.

The Hub itself sits on the Reliance Jio Campus, a stunning modern development set in 52 acres with views across the Arabian Sea.
The campus offers a roof top swimming pool, India’s first astroturf football pitch, cricket stadium, and a well-equipped fitness centre.
Innovators can enjoy fine dining and canteen on site. The grounds include a lake and meditation zone.
The area is close to national and international transport infrastructure.
