Total Access Communication PCL (dtac) is a mobile telecommunication operator in Thailand with Telenor Group (and its subsidiaries) as major shareholder. In alignment with Telenor Group using TMForum as a reference for many technical strategy and best practices guidance, dtac feels that it would be beneficial to align to the same reference association to synergize and collaborate going forward within the technical and telecommunication business community in Telenor Group and Telecommunication industry as a whole.
