This component manages quote management, order capture, and validation steps, utilizing dedicated components (e.g., Offering Configurator, Service Qualification, Party Mgt) when necessary. Post-delivery, this component handles the commercial closure of the order, including updating Product Inventory (status, tariff/discount start/end dates) and managing commercial rules (e.g., receiving signed customer contracts).
