CSG International announced that its partner Satec will deploy the company’s revenue management systems at Angola Telecom. The contract comes on the heels of the successful pilot deployment of CSG interconnect for Angola Telecom’s wholesale operations. The contract will include CSG Singleview Convergent Rating & Billing, Singleview Customer Management and Intermediate as well as the expansion of CSG Interconnect to include CSG Route and Financial Manager. Angola Telecom will benefit from the end-to-end revenue management and the rapid deployment afforded by Singleview, a TM Forum Frameworx-certified system. The addition of CSG Route and Financial Manager to Angola Telecom’s operations will further streamline and optimize wholesale processes and provide additional control and visibility for improving revenue and profitability. The transformation of the operator’s back office systems is part of an investment plan that includes the roll-out of next-generation networks.
