Herndon, VA – February 18, 2016 – Apptium Technologies has re-engaged with fellow innovators for the fifth phase of a collaborative project known as the Analytics and Big Data Repository or ABDR. Under the leadership of the TM Forum’s Customer Centricity program, the ABDR catalyst project explores the critically important technology for implementing a unified big data inventory that boosts efficiency and innovation by enabling the re-use of data for multiple use cases and by multiple systems.
The ABDR catalyst project is championed by China Mobile, Cox Communications, Orange and Telekom Malaysia, whose representatives are active in advanced analytics programs.
Taken from first-hand experience within leading MSOs, Apptium will bring customer segmentation to the forefront as an example of what the next generation of analytics solutions can achieve for Communications Service Providers. Using in-database predictive analytics to establish customer personas, based on interests and behavior, the personas become the foundation for building intelligent, personalized marketing offers.
Segmentation to the level of a customer persona helps marketers better understand their prospects and customers on a more individual level.
