14 September, 2015, Yinchuan, China – The First Smart City InFocus collaboratively held by Yinchuan Municipal Government, ZTEsoft and TM Forum took place in Yinchuan, the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China from September 11 to 13, 2015.
