Everyone is developing smart home and connected car devices and applications but typically these systems haven’t talked to each other. That’s changing by the looks of announcements at the CES tech event in Las Vegas this week. The Vinli Home Connect app, for example, uses one interface to integrate connected home products from companies like Nest and SmartThings, with more on the way.
