TM FORUM LIVE!, Nice, France – June 5, 2014: Today, TM Forum announced at its flagship TM Forum Live! conference and expo in Nice, France, that CloudNFVTM: Dynamic, Data-Driven Management and Operations; NFV Management Ecosystem; and Service Bundling in a B2B2X Marketplace are the winners of TM Forum Live!’s prestigious Catalyst Awards. The three winning projects are made up of collaborative teams of communications and digital services leaders who demonstrate commitment to the future of the industry through work in the Forum’s Catalyst program.
Catalyst projects are rapid collaboration initiatives driven by Forum member companies. In less than six months, members work together to create proof-of-concept demonstrations for today’s most pressing business, operational and IT challenges. Their work ultimately develops and enhances the Forum’s Frameworx suite of best practices and standards, helping more than 900 Forum member companies reduce cost, risk and time-to-market as they transform for success in the digital world.
These three winning projects were selected from 15 Catalysts showcased at TM Forum Live! The projects demonstrate how TM Forum’s member community is driving the digital services industry to rapidly create innovative solutions to common challenges in virtualization, digital health, cyber security, data monetization, customer experience management, cloud computing, Internet of things and more.
Winners were judged by TM Forum’s Strategy and Adoption Subcommittee, which oversees the effective creation and adoption of pragmatic best practices and standards, delivering value to the membership by meeting industry needs.
