New virtual classroom training offers multi-lingual Frameworx courses through online browser; delegates can interact with trainers without leaving home or office
MORRISTOWN, NJ — May 27, 2014: Today TM Forum has announced that TM Forum Training and Certification is expanding its reach all the way to the desktop through new virtual online training courses. Delivered through an online browser interface, the new format provides a real-time, multi-lingual classroom where delegates can interact with TM Forum’s expert trainers without leaving their home or office.
The new virtual training format lets delegates take part in a selection of the Forum’s foundation and practitioner level courses, including the popular: Frameworx Overview, Business Process Framework (eTOM) Distilled; Information Framework (SID) Distilled; Business Process Frameworx (eTOM) Implementer’s Workshop; and Information Framework (SID) Modeler’s Workshop.
Already, all of TM Forum’s foundation level courses are available online and on-demand in the English language. With the new virtual classroom format, the Forum is offering associated practitioner level courses as an alternative to having to attend in-person training.
