This industry collaboration will be demonstrated at TM Forum Live! 2016, May 9 to 12 in Nice, France. TM Forum Catalysts are accelerated member-driven projects that bring together service providers, technology suppliers and global enterprises to create innovative proof-of-concept solutions. By working with Telefonica, Infosys, TCS and Bearing Point, UXP Systems has built an open digital platform that enables new business models to create new revenue streams, increase the customer base and improve the customer experience. It demonstrates how communication service providers (CSPs) and digital service providers (DSPs) can work together to offer new and integrated services and participate in a wider digital ecosystem by delivering efficient, personalized and context-aware digital engagement.
As part of the platform, UXP Systems’ MINT Digital Experience Engine goes beyond customers and addresses the needs of individual users of digital services by providing them OTT-like self-managed digital processes and seamless access with one digital user ID.
