How did we work with Telus?
The objective was to assess and identify any key challenges they may be experiencing as part of their Open API program to successfully deliver the goals of the program.
This included using TM Forum’s assessment models for Enterprise Architecture and API Architecture to construct a view of the organization’s IT maturity related to its ability to deliver digital services, aligned with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture and Open API principles, guidelines and best practices.
