GB941D Revenue Assurance Revenue Leakage Framework and Examples v2.0.1

Revenue Assurance is a rapidly maturing discipline within the telecommunications industry; with widespread industry acceptance of the issues and increasingly effective techniques and systems to detect, investigate, correct and prevent such revenue and cost leakage. This addendum is to demonstrate the breadth of Revenue Assurance by documenting a wide range of real-life examples and classifying them within a revenue assurance framework. This version of the document was updated to add two new use cases contributed by the Nice 2019 Open AI Business Assurance Marketplace catalyst team; one for Failure to apply negotiated terms with the Customer and another for bad Customer experience in a digital interactions resulting in uncompleted orders. The new use cases were added to each of the following areas: Product and Offer Management and Customer Management.
