Customer Experience Management Lifecycle Model v1.5.1 (GB962C)

The Customer Experience Lifecycle model is an approach which will allow Providers to define the interactions of the customer into the various phases and subphases and model those based on their unique journeys. The document also provides an initial view in mapping the customer specific journeys to the Service Providers processes based on the TM Forum Frameworx project to develop a mapping between the two.
