IG1130F SDN/NFV Impacts on TAM Knowledge Management R19.0.1

This document is an addendum to IG1130 Future TAM Impacts by SDN/NFV. The target of the addendum documents is to perform the detailed analysis of SDN/NFV impacts based on the high level study presented in the document IG1130 and various other ongoing projects within TM Forum to create CRs for TAM. The analysis presented in this document is to study the requirement of Knowledge Management (KM) application. KM is independent of technology evolution, but AI is one of the major initiatives in SDN/NFV and this provided an opportunity to review the existing KM application in the TAM. During the high level review it was found that the existing application was outdated and required revision. It was also agreed that AI and KM should be dealt with separately.
