Based on the Measuring and Managing Autonomy (MAMA) framework, it stresses the importance of focus on achieving values from maximizing the benefits delivered by autonomous technologies. This use case describes how the service provider has adopted the autonomous operations operating model in striving toward elevating network operations to new heights and delivering ever more business values to the organization. Through a combination of organizational structure alignment, effective deployment of process automation, and stepping out of the traditional network operation mode of mindset, it has streamlined network anomaly resolution, customer network experience assurance, and customer network complaint resolution value streams and improve customer experience, operation effectiveness and revenue growth.
