GB1059A RAN Fault Management Questionnaire v2.0.0

The scope of this questionnaire is to assess RAN Fault Management scenario.  The assessment is process-based and intended to be vendor-independent and where possible technology independent Fault Management comprises the processes of Event Management, Incident Management and Field Operations. The questionnaire is based on the principles described in 3GPP TS 28.100. 

We recommend you have the participation of relevant SMEs to complete the assessment (Engineers from first and second level assurance as well as automation experts). Each question is answered by selecting one of four options, A-D, option A being the highest level of autonomy and option D being the lowest. More detailed guidelines per question are provided in the guideline section of the workbook.
