GB1059C IP Network Quality Optimization Questionnaire v1.0.0

This assessment is questionnaire-based and it is used to evaluate the Autonomous Networks (AN) level of the quality optimization scenarios in the IP Network domain. 

It is recommended that the questionnaire be completed together with specific technology and management domain engineers (ip network architects and field maintenance engineers (FMEs)) for the following tasks:
a) IP network architects and network planning engineers are suggested to answer questions related to the IP network high-stability scenarios.
b) IP network maintenance engineers are suggested to answer questions related to fault management (including Detection, Analysis, Decision, and Execution). 
c) If option A or option B is selected, related evidence is also required, according to the guidance for each question.
