GB1076 Closed Loop and Intent Management v1.0.0

This guide provides an introduction of Closed Loop and Intent Management as concepts that can be interworked. Intent is a special use case of Closed Loop Management, however in this guide, we provide introduction on handling the use of these concepts. Already the APIs provide enough information to show how they are related, but this report delves a bit more into the detail of using them both in implementations.
