TR319 Data Architecture for AI-Enabled Telco v1.0.0

This document outlines what a reference architecture looks like, in a high level ‘lines-and-boxes’ way, and then break down each one of these components to arrive at a common understanding of the domain. It will be used in further work to elaborate on prioritization and migration strategies, enabling member operators to evaluate their existing environments, and build plans to modernize and prepare for data and AI-centric transformations.
