TR320B CMCC Use Case – Monitor and handle anomaly event Value Stream v1.0.0

This document outlines the value stream for monitoring and handling anomaly events within China Mobile’s operations, focusing on the implementation of digital employees to enhance network monitoring and fault management.

As network scales and complexity grow, traditional alarm-based monitoring faces challenges in quickly identifying and resolving faults. Monitor and handle anomaly event automatically and intelligently under the framework of IG1291(MAMA defined CSP Value Streams for Autonomous Operations) are the most urgent task.

Therefore, this document aims to establish a digital model by thoroughly reviewing key monitoring processes, implementing various AN capabilities such as multidimensional data automatic clustering, automated analysis, and AI intelligent diagnosis. At the same time, taking network events as the starting point, we aim to achieve automation, intelligence, and visualization of key processes for fault control, including pre event , in-process and post event . This will build a fully digitalized control system for network events, comprehensively enhance the ability to detect, locate, dispose of, and analyze events in complex network situations, improve fault handling efficiency, ensure network operation safety, and further promote the continuous development of network monitoring work towards digitalization.

China Mobile has designed digital employees to automate and intelligently manage the process of monitoring and handling anomaly events, thereby improving network reliability and operational efficiency. The improvement of the KPIs of operation metrics will ensure fulfill the business value of network satisfaction rate.
